I wanted to personally thank you for the two outstanding presentations you made to my TEC groups. It will interest you to know that they rated you the 'best speaker of the year'.

They were delighted to have someone finally make sense in how to use the Internet for marketing purposes. They also liked your handout material. But most of all they raved about your presentation style that kept them interested for the full four hours.
